Making Candles at Home in Spanish!

Why are my candles so special?

Because when I make them I always make sure that I am happy and ready to spread the love.

I grew up watching my grandmother, my mother and my aunt creating magick in the kitchen. I can only say that my grandparents kitchen and garden were my favourite places when I was a child.

The 'arepas' (corn bread) made by granny was simply from another world and I know the secret process to make them so special... Shhhhhh, it's a secret.

My mother was the best at making the most delicious pancakes in the world. I am telling you, they are the best pancakes and of course I also have the secret.

And aunt Silene is the queen of baking! Think of any cake and can tell you that she knows how to make it. When you try them you can't avoid sighing while closing your eyes. It's like you have found a taste that your body was missing.

But these amazing women in my life were creating more than that. They knew how to use herbs, flowers and above all their senses when they were in the kitchen.

So, what do I do? I create magick too in the kitchen!
